The St. Francis Conference became the Erie St. Clair St. Vincent de Paul conference on January 1, 2022 to better reflect the work it has been doing for the last many years to include all the geographic area of the four parishes and the Shrine locations from Lake Erie to Lake St. Clair.

It is important that we have active members from all four parish sites and the Shrine community in our conference with ears to the ground and eyes wide open recognizing and refering those in need to our conference.

We do not have a store front, we do not run a food bank, we do not have soup kitchens (at least not at this time).
We do help people regardless of religion or politics when in need just as St. Vincent de Paul did. We are not an evengelical group, yet we recognize and serve the Lord and ask for intercesion of our saints as we do the work of loving our neighbours.

We are one of only a few conferences that visit the infirmed and lonely, safely according to the safety protocols of the Diocese of London and the provicial and national guidelines of the Society of St. Vincent de Paul (SSVDP).
