The PPC meets each month to discuss what is happening and what is needed for each parish individually and for the Family of Parishes as a whole.


The meetings are usually 4th Tuesday of the Month now in person at St. Francis Xavier Parish Hall.

A summary will be read at mass and posted on the website the second Sunday following each meeting.

NEW: Suggestion boxes have been placed by the PPC in each church. Suggestions will be reviewed and presented to the PPC at each monthly meeting for discussion. Please use the suggestions box or contact any of the PPC members directly to bring a concern, question or suggestion for the next or upcoming PPC meeting.

If you would like to address the PPC directly please contact a PPC member at least two weeks before the monthly meeting to have your idea added to the agenda for the next or an upcoming meeting.
